Sports have always been my heartbeat—starting from kicking a ball on neighborhood fields as a kid, dreaming of leading teams to victory. On this page, I share my leadership journey through two beloved clubs and a green startup that combines business with healthy living. These experiences taught me discipline, teamwork, resilience, and how to inspire others while pushing personal limits. Whether captaining on the pitch, building a basketball squad from scratch, or launching a wellness brand, sports remain the arena where I grow strongest.
My deepest sports passion ignited early, but it truly came alive in 2024 when I became Captain of FC Tồ Tề, a vibrant middle school football club in Hanoi. Starting as a casual group of friends, I saw potential for something bigger—a real community uniting players from different schools through the beautiful game.
I took on full responsibility: managing a squad of 48 players from 10 schools, organizing three internal tournament seasons (Tồ Tề League: winter, summer, autumn) with a total of 96 matches in one year. Scheduling, referee coordination, field bookings—every detail fell to me. We trained rigorously: 72 sessions annually (3 per week), focusing on skills, fitness, and tactics.
To elevate the level, I invited four former professional coaches from Hanoi FC and the Promotion Fund of Vietnamese Football Talents for specialized sessions. Watching young players improve dramatically—from basic dribbling to strategic plays—was incredibly rewarding. As captain, I led by example: motivating during tough losses, strategizing for comebacks, and fostering a culture of respect and fun.
One standout moment was the district-level tournament where we clinched the Championship for Grade 11. The final match went to penalties; my decisive kick sealed victory amid roaring cheers. Beyond wins, this role honed my leadership—handling conflicts, building unity across diverse backgrounds, and turning a loose group into a tight-knit family.

Team Leader of GBT – Greenfield Jararaca Basketball Team – From Zero to Provincial Silver
Basketball entered my life alongside football, but 2025 marked my boldest chapter: founding and leading the GBT - Greenfield Jararaca Basketball Team from absolute scratch. In Hung Yen province, public school basketball was rare—no strong tradition, limited resources. I saw an opportunity to change that.
I built a 15-member team, recruiting passionate players and starting intensive training. As Team Leader, I handled everything: developing match strategies, conducting opponent video analysis (breaking down footage for weaknesses), and running drills focused on fundamentals and teamwork.
Fundraising was crucial—I raised $1,700 USD from parents and local businesses for uniforms, specialized footwear, and rentals of FIBA 3x3-standard courts. This ensured professional-level preparation despite starting as underdogs.
The payoff came at the 2025 Provincial Phù Đổng Sports Festival (Hung Yen): We won Silver Medal—the first public-school team in the province to reach finals in 12 years! We won 11 of 14 official games, with standout performances built on smart strategies and unbreakable spirit. The medal ceremony, holding silver high amid cheers, felt like validation for every sacrifice.
This journey taught profound leadership: Motivating a new team through doubts, analyzing opponents meticulously, and turning limited resources into triumphs. It reinforced teamwork's magic—individual talent shines, but collective trust wins championships. GBT – Greenfield Jararaca Basketball Team

While leading teams on the field, I channeled entrepreneurial energy into wellness with Evergreen Slim Detox (often called Everslim Green)—a detox drink business offering five signature natural beverages: Green Reset, Beet Glow, Ginger Fire, Turmeric Gold, and Pineapple Cleanse. All 100% natural ingredients, no refined sugar, handcrafted in Hanoi, sold as ready-to-drink 330 ml bottles.
As Head of Operations, I built and led a 12-member team: 2 production leads, 4 packaging/warehouse staff, 3 delivery personnel, and 3 quality control/procurement specialists. Operations started small but grew fast—negotiating contracts with seven organic suppliers (fruits, herbs, honey), slashing ingredient costs by 28% (from $0.75 to $0.53 per bottle) through smart sourcing and volume deals.
I managed a $3,800 USD budget in 2024, achieving 18% savings ($685) via process optimization and transportation renegotiations. Sales channels: Facebook, corporate clients, major gyms—generating $324 USD from 420+ bottles sold. Proudly, we donated $190 USD to Construct of Kindness charity housing.
This startup blends my sports-driven discipline with green values: Promoting clean, natural health amid busy lives.
